Capsule Glass Dome House

The Capsule Glass Dome House is an elongated glass structure that combines a distinctive curved exterior with a spacious and flexible interior layout. Both the dome width and overall length can be customized according to the site, application and required capacity.

Two exterior structural styles are available:

·       Triangular Capsule Glass Dome

·       Honeycomb Capsule Glass Dome

The frame color, glass system, entrance design and internal functional layout can also be customized for different projects.

1,What Sizes Are Available?

We have developed Capsule Glass Domes in a wide range of sizes, including:

·       4 × 6m

·       4 x 8m

·       6 × 10m

·       6 × 16m

·       9 × 16m

·       12 × 20m

·       12 × 25m

These are examples of previously manufactured sizes. Other widths, lengths and heights can be customized according to the intended use, site plan and project requirements.

2,Why Choose a Capsule Glass Dome?

Compared with a traditional round glass dome, the capsule shape provides a longer floor plan and more usable interior space. It is easier to divide the building into different functional zones and arrange furniture, dining areas, reception facilities, stages, screens or operational spaces.

Smaller capsule domes can be used for accommodation and private leisure spaces. Larger models provide sufficient space for restaurants, reception halls, immersive cinemas and other commercial or public facilities.

3,Triangular or Honeycomb Design

The Capsule Glass Dome is available with two different geometric appearances.

The triangular design has a classic geodesic appearance with a strong sense of structure and modern engineering.

The honeycomb design uses hexagonal and polygonal panels to create a softer and more distinctive architectural appearance.

Both designs can be fully covered with glass and customized in different frame colors and surface finishes.

5,How Is the Structure Customized?

The frame profile, material thickness and connection system are determined through engineering calculations based on the overall size, glass weight, local wind load, snow load and site conditions.

Available glass options include double-glazed and triple-glazed insulating glass, Low-E glass, coated glass, laminated safety glass and smart glass. Doors, ventilation windows, shading, insulation, lighting and air-conditioning systems can also be integrated.
