6m Honeycomb Glass Dome
The Honeycomb Glass Dome is one of RAXDOME’s most popular and versatile products.
This product video introduces our 6m Honeycomb Glass Dome sample. Its distinctive structure combines pentagonal and hexagonal frames, creating a recognizable architectural design while helping distribute structural loads across the dome.
The frame is manufactured from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and can be engineered according to the wind-load, snow-load and foundation requirements of each project.
The sample features 5mm + 9A + 5mm blue-coated insulated tempered glass. The coated glass gives the dome a modern appearance, helps block UV radiation and reduces solar heat entering the interior.
For improved thermal comfort, the covered interior sections can use 18mm rigid panels together with an aluminum-foil insulation layer between the panels and exterior glass system. Glass colors, interior panels and insulation configurations can all be customized.
